Extensive Dilapidations works were carried out in Exeter to a Commercial Pump and Motor repair unit which required us to clear the unit, take down mezzanine floor, remove ovens, heaters and other heavy machinery. We made the unit water tight. There were extensive decoration works carried out as well as Electrical works, flooring works, plumbing, internal and external cladding and roofing works. These were all carried out to a high standard to the approval of our client and the Landlord’s Surveyor.
The dilapidations project was completed within budget and the required time frame which avoided our client suffering loss of rent claim from the landlord.
